A Note To The Saltpond Offshore Producing Company Limited's CEO's Secretary!

Many thanks indeed, Ohemaa. I do look forward to hearing from Mr. Quincy Sintim-Aboagye directly, eventually. Your hard-working and innovative company certainly does not deserve the bad press it has being getting of late, in the slightest.

It is typical of our homeland Ghana that there are some selfish individuals who would seek to destroy what is a world-class African effort, in the oil and gas industry - which is not only keeping its profits locally, but is also re-investing those selfsame profits in Ghana too to create jobs for local people.

The Quincy Sintim-Aboagyes in our nation ought to be celebrated by every discerning and patriotic Ghanaian - not become the subject of vilification by the dark forces in our Byzantine corporate and political worlds: which always seek to destroy the very individuals upon whose ingenuity the long-term prosperity of the enterprise Ghana depends. Pity.

Do send him my regards when you next speak to him, Ohemaa.

Best wishes,

Kofi.
