How To Effectively End Lies By Politicians Globally?

Would it not be wonderful, if there was a  new global pandemic, with a virulent  virus that struck only politicians,  and made them grow a tad shorter, and a little more  wrinkled, every time they lied, publicly?

Would that not immediately silence narcissistic and vainglorious  political figures, worldwide, one wonders? Wow. How, cool. Brilliant. Wonderful. And, about time, too?

The question is: Can someone  super-wealthy, please get genuis-boffins  into a bio-warfare lab, and get them cracking - to produce such a virus, asap, so that fed-up-citizens globally, who have had enough of being led by deceitful   idiot-genuises, can get some relief, and some permanent-respite, from moronic-ruination? Enough is enough. Haaba.
