Hello Richard,
Volkswagen Ghana, and its partner, the US company, BlackIvy, might be stealing a march on Mirreco: https://www.ghanaweb.com/GhanaHomePage/NewsArchive/Bawumia-lauds-VW-BlackIvy-collaboration-1061734.
I do hope that news of that development, will fire your competitive-spirit, and help to speed up your plans for Africa.

As we speak, our contacts have informed us that both the governments of Guinea-Bissau, and The Gambia, are anxiously awaiting your assurances that you will help them develop an industrial hemp industry, Richard.
Could Mirreco not begin, in cost -effective-fashion, by first simply initiating technical assistance programmes, to enable the establishment of industrial hemp plantations, in the two nations, through join-venture partnerships, with local private-sector partners, in PPPs with the two governments?
Surely, that shouldn't be too difficult, for an incredibly creative mind, like yours, Richard?
Think of the jobs that will be create swiftly, for rural youths, in both countries - and the satisfaction that will give you: a socially responsible Aussie entrepreneur, committed to the development of prosperous and inclusive societies, globally, by private-sector-ingenuity?
Let us hear from you soon. Wishing you well, as always - and let's continue staying safe from COVID-19. Cool.
Thanks.
Kind regards,
Kofi.
