What Does Ghana Need To Protect Her Civilian Population And Guarantee The Republic's Safety - In An Age Of Global Terrorism?

What Ghana needs now, to successfully protect her from internal-fifth-collumnists, and their foreign-collaborator-allies, is for the dynamic and incorruptible Hon. Kwasi  Amoako-Atta, to be appointed as a new defence minister, to oversee both our nation's external and homeland security, as well as  supervise  the formation of a new fourth armed service, for the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF).

The new fourth armed service, of the GAF,  the homeland paramilitary force, ought to  result from the merging of  the Ghana Police Service, the Ghana National Fire Service, the Ghana Prison Service, and the Ghana Immigration Service. It will save costs, and be fit-for-puepose, to deal effectively with the new security threats we now face.

Ideally, they ought to be trained to Special Forces level, to enable them become a crack, no-nonsense protector, of the collective security, of all who reside legally in Ghana, and effectively protect the safety of our Republic, too,  in an age of global terrorism, which is now destabilising and creating insecurity, in some of our sister West African states, unfortunately. 'Who dares wins', for a motto, wouldn't be bad at all, for such a crack  paramilitary force. Cool.

Finally, and best of all, the creation of a  fourth armed service for the Ghana Armed Forces, should lead to a situation,  in which, whenever confronted by armed law-breakers-of-any-kind, they will be permitted (by new anti-terrorism laws, passed under a certificate of urgency, by Parliament), to immediately adopt a shoot-to-kill stance,  for which they should be guaranteed permanent immunity, from prosecution, for the rest of their natural lives. Full, stop. Case closed. That is what is needed to keep us all safe, and to effectively protect the safety of our Republic. Enough is enough. Haaba. Cool.
