Fire Wells Fargo

No More Apologies, Just Action
“You enabled this fake account scam. You got rich off of it. And then you tried to cover it up. At best you are incompetent, at worst you were complicit, and either way you should be fired,” said Senator Elizabeth Warren to Wells Fargo CEO Tim Sloan last fall.
On Friday, Wells Fargo was slapped with a $1 billion dollar fine for defrauding their own customers. Now it’s official. Wells Fargo is America’s worst bank.
Wells Fargo is holding its shareholder meeting in Des Moines, Iowa on Tuesday and we will be there to greet them with hundreds of people and a petition with 22,000 (and growing) signers.
Will you help? We are raising money to bring more people who have been affected by Wells Fargo’s frauds and scandals to speak truth to power. Every dollar you give will go directly to holding Wells Fargo accountable on Tuesday.
We are demanding that Wells Fargo:
Fire the entire board of directors and CEO Tim Sloan
Break up the bank
Pay restitution to their victims
Respect workers right to organize without retaliation
Wells Fargo uses its wealth and political power to dodge taxes and weaken consumer protections. They harm our communities with racist and predatory lending. For years they have defrauded their own customers. They finance industries that hurt working people like the gun industry, factory farms, oil pipelines, and private prisons.
It’s time to clean house at Wells Fargo. Will you chip in today?
