Regardless Of Who They Are President Akufo-Addo Must Dismiss All Those Who Took The Foolish Decision To Turn TOR Into A Tank Farm - For They Are Unfit To Serve In His Government

Apparently the government intends to turn the state-owned TOR into a tank farm, then it must rank as one of the most unfortunate decisions ever taken by a government of Ghana, since our nation gained its independence from the British occupiers of our country in 1957.
How daft can some of the members our nation's  political class get, I ask? Those responsible for that foolish and idiotic decision do not deserve to lead the Republic of Ghana - for they lack the nous and gumption needed to think creatively to resolve the myriad of problems besetting Mother Ghana. At any rate, regardless of who they are,  they are not fit to serve in the very wise and far-seeing  President Akufo'Addo's government - and must be dismissed by him immediately for that reason. Ebeeii. Eyeasem o. Hmmm, Oman Ghana - asem kesie ebeba debi ankasa.

What is crucial is to provide the equipment needed to enable TOR to produce fuel that meets current European Union (EU) standards for  petrol and diesel as soon as practicable. Full stop. A creative way to proceed would be to turn TOR into a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Ghana Oil Company Limited (GOIL), as a prelude to implementing a new strategy to turn GOIL into West Africa's leading  downstream oil marketing company, with petrol filling stations across the sub-region selling refined products produced by TOR.

Such a strategic plan ought to be implemented with the assistance of  Ecobank to cover all the nations where that dynamic  pan-African bank now operates. Simply put, there can be no justification whatsoever for turning TOR into a tank farm - unless of course it is to sacrifice a national asset  on the alter of private greed for the benefit of a powerful few with greedy ambitions (to paraphrase the great President Nkrumah of blessed memory). Turning TOR into a tank farm is the height of foolishness - and President Akufo-Addo must not countenance it under any circumstances. He must dismiss all those who sat down and planned this pure nonsense on stilts from his regime immediately. Haaba.
