Greenpeace: Can you ask the publishing industry to support Greenpeace and stand up for free speech?

Hi,

Being silenced by a corporate bully would be devastating and the scary thing is, this could really happen. After years of Greenpeace successful campaigns to protect the Great Northern Forest a 26 million acre forestland across northeastern U.S, one logging company, Resolute Forest Products, is trying to silence Greenpeace and our ally Stand.earth by suing us for hundreds of millions of dollars.

Sign our message to the publishing industry now!

If they win, Greenpeace’s ability to advocate for forest protection anywhere in the world will take a huge blow - this includes the Congo Basin forest. We need support from Resolute’s own customers. Many major publishing companies -- like Penguin Random House, HarperCollins, Simon & Schuster, and Hachette -- source paper from Resolute. So we’re asking the publishing industry to stand with us.

Stand up for free speech!

Can you ask the publishing industry to support Greenpeace and stand up for free speech? Your voice will help us convince publishers to stand up for free speech and the forests. Help us reach our goal of 500,000 signatures today!

With your help, I know we can win for the forests and free speech together.

Thanks,

Lerato and the Greenpeace team.
